4/5 Stars This harness is in great condition. Spreader bar and hook show minimal wear. Clasp functions normally. Indents in foam on bottom of spreader bar. Velcro in good condition. Padding in good condition with minor dirt stain on right side. Back plate in good condition with very minor scuffs on rubber trim. Leash rope in good condition. Elastic around buckles in good condition.
