3/5 Stars This harness is in good condition. Spreader bar shows moderate scuffing and scratching throughout. Paint peeling off hook. Clasp has cosmetic scuffs and is a little stiff but functions properly. Straps function properly. Velcro in good condition. Padding in generally good condition with minor wear towards top and bottom.. Backplate has cosmetic scuffing throughout. Leash rope in good condition. elastic around straps is slightly stained and worn.
