The XR8 meets the Exotex 2 leading edge for the first time. This leading edge is stiffer and lighter than previous generations, and it also boasts an impressive 80% increase in tear resistance, making it more durable and reliable. Exotex 2 represents a thoughtful and advanced development in polyester weaving, through both the warp and weft. NEW EQ FIN SET (48MM): equal grip, more agility
Developed, tested and refined over three years. The completely redesigned EQ fin not only looks exceptional, it performs exceptionally. With a wide fin base resembling a beluga forehead, it effectively prevents water from being sucked in. Unlike standard fins, the grip level of EQ fins remains consistent as speed increases, offering a distinct advantage. This feature noticeably facilitates easier release even at full speed, allowing for smoother switching. Additionally, the rounded transition between the fin and board minimizes drag, which occurs when two surfaces meet.
The EQ fin is also designed to be lightweight, weighing approximately 30 percent less than the Equalizer fin, thanks to its hollow interior. The rough surface is not just an unclean finish, but the technical icing on the cake: in turbulent currents, the precisely defined roughness minimizes suction and increases maneuverability.

Everyones favorite control bar delivers the same light, direct, and safe experience but with some truly innovative features. The titanium truss, Supported Single Frontline Safety, and Auto Untwist are carried over from the proven Sensor 2. We cleaned up the bar ends and made them more ergonomic and useable. The softer bar ends now flip open to reveal hidden line winders and simple width adjusters. The biggest change, though, is the all-new easy-in QR. We designed a quick release thats incredibly easy to reconnect with one hand.
Meet our Union Pro pads & straps with an improved, high-vis strap. We like the split strap design for its ridiculous customization options. It gives independent form-fitting adjustability to your forefoot and midfoot. Each half of the split straps is independently micro-adjustable with its own set of velcros. You can adjust the angle of your feet in 11 different ways to lock in your preferred stance and move your pad closer or further away from the board edge. The strap also sports 2cm of pad adjustability fore and aft to accommodate all foot sizes. We know, thats an insane amount of customization. We just want to make sure it fits everyone. The Union Pro also features subtle changes to materials and design. We improved the footbed densities to prevent foot slippage and increase comfort. The pad ridges encourage feet to slip in and stay put.
