3/5 Stars This harness is in good condition, the back plate of harness is in good condition with minor to moderate scratches throughout. The fabic in-between back cord and tightening fastners has several areas that are torn and the stiching is starting to come off. The fastners are in good condition and fully operational. The spreader bar is in good condition with minor to moderate scratching and scuff markings throughout. The velcro is in good working condition. The back padding is in good condtiton.
