Minor fraying on velcro. Handle in fair condition. Handle is bent and padding on handle is peeling. Rails in fair condition. Minor knicks throughout. One notable dent on heelside edge. Tips in good condition. Underside in good condition. Scratching throughout. Staining in several places. All four fins in good condition. Minor corrosion on mounting screws.
