The ram air design establishes a sealed high-pressure chamber encompassed by the upper and lower surfaces. Supported by an internal rib structure, this design facilitates the smooth handling of dynamic pressure differentials that occur when the wing’s angle of attack undergoes changes.

Double Surface Designcreates an enclosed high pressure space between the entire upper and lower surfaces. By completely fairing the lower surface, designing a clean envelope structure and adding ram air inlets, the air pressure created internally helps the upper and lower surfaces retain positive pressure and tension over its entire area.

Water Drainage HolesIn the rare event water does come inside the wing, there are four drainage holes on the trailing edge, two near the strut and two more on the tips.

Rigid Power HandlesErgonomically angled front and back carbon fibre handles with EVA grip provide maximum control and comfort with incredible feel and response. The front handle mount features a soft bumper to protect your head and board during water starts.

20% Lighter and Stiffer Performance DacronThe 125g performance Dacron of the leading edge is also used in the strut. Combined with the new rigid handles, the connection levels feel like youre part of the wind!

Pre-Loaded Leading EdgeUsing a performance Dacron material that is rigid and strong has allowed our designers to pre-load the leading edge and shape it to experience drastically less deformation under load. Combined with optimized sail shaping and horizontal panels for a tighter canopy, the Flux delivers huge aerodynamic performance gains.

Overlap flat seam construction improves sail control resulting in an overall cleaner canopy.
